If your account has been assessed a late fee, or a penalty fee, that was not due to a billing error, the customer account history will determine eligibility for the waiver as follows:
- No more than one late or penalty charge within two years on the account
If the condition above is met, a one-time fee waiver will be granted on that account if the account is set up on the Auto Bank Draft program as described below:
- Complete a Bank Draft Authorization form or enroll in a Credit Card auto draft online
- Commit to remaining in the Auto Bank Draft program or Credit Card auto draft online (termination will result in no future waived penalty fees)
If fraudulent activity has occurred on your checking or savings account and a non-sufficient funds fee is assessed, you may qualify for a waiver.
- Complete a Fee Waiver Application Form and submit documentation from your Bank confirming fraudulent activity.
